While I’m not a fan of the format of this particular email, it has a number of things working for it. First, new menu items presented in a pseudo-conversational way will likely resonate well with the local guests. And second, signing from the restaurant General Manager where I last ate (or where I signed up for the program, not sure) is a good touch. Could use an image of one of the new items and a different “frame” for the template, mail-merged email. A good step towards personalization however.
