Second in the “I’m Diggin’ That” campaign theme: another educational email with no call-to-action. I wonder if this is in response to any competitive threat, either locally or nationally, which is challenging Rock Bottom’s craft beer authority…
A new campaign theme from Rock Bottom. Not sure I’m exactly “digging” it, but it’s a classic promise-benefit setup meant to educate the guest while promoting menu items. Great product image, might have added a line identifying what kind of pizza this is, even if it’s not referenced in the context of the message.
A fine promotion, but not sure how they are able to award double points for alcohol purchase…and ongoing issue with Rock Bottoms rewards program.

Good looking visuals and cross promotion for beer…however this offer is so limiting! Only available on Saturdays (no end date) plus it’s only on the second appetizer so you’re not really appealing to those buying meals, just game watchers.
Wonder if Rock Bottom has a button on the point-of-sale system in the restaurant that is just for the wings/beer combination for this weekend only? A fairly simple email inviting guests (not sure if they did any qualification) to provide input on the future Rock Bottom burger program. Going through the survey they go into a good amount of depth about options, preferences, meat selections, etc., to try and hone in on the most popular options.
